This is free for now while I experiment with the medium. If people really like it forever then someday I’d like to support my website hosting costs with this. Beta test, I guess.
My home studio where I record is decent. You may hear birds or children laughing in the background. That’s because there are birds and laughing children outside.

Singing Letters will be recorded on a first come, first serve basis. Don't include urgent, emergency, privileged, confidential, incriminating, time-sensitive or similar information. By sending me your material you release me and my singing letter from any responsibility or liability related to the content of your material.
Please allow several days for me to record your letter and send it back to you. I don’t have minions. Yet! If you are not happy with your singing letter, I’ll do my best to make it right, but it’s free, so, like, you know...yeah.

Your letter and the resulting media I create will not be made public without your permission. Any information you share will not be shared/made public without your permission.

I maintain the rights to the music I create (but not your text). Media I send you is not intended for commercial use and is for non-commercial, non-promotional personal use only. Sharing to your friends on social media is cool, if you aren't using it to sell products and services. If you'd like to use it commercially, let's talk.

By sending me your text or media you agree to allow me and my Singing Letters free usage of your text or audio/visual media for personal use forever. I will not use text and audio you send me for any commercial or promotional purposes without your permission.

The views expressed in Kirk's Singing Letters are not necessarily those of Kirk, nor KirkSingsaLetter. Choosing to sing your letter doesn't necessarily mean I agree with it. Anger is ok, but please no hateful, insensitive, or inappropriate remarks. Keep it constructive. Do the right thing. To that end I reserve the right to not sing your letter, or send it back to you for revision.
